How to Get Started with

Sports Performance Training?
If you want to get started on a training program, the first step is to request an initial consultation and movement observation using the form below. 

The consultation is completely free and there are no high pressure sales tactics.

After making your request for consultation, we’ll be in touch with you very shortly to schedule a day and time.
The consultation is an informal meet and greet where you can ask questions, and we can discuss your goals in greater detail.


After our consultation I’ll email you information about pricing and timetable. This will ensure my rates are within your budget and that our schedules can coordinate for a training program.


If rates and scheduling are Okay to you, then we can start to book your first training appointment shortly thereafter.

Typically, I will meet with my clients two times per week for about an hour at each training session.


Sometimes we may meet more than twice a week or less often, but most find that a twice weekly schedule is appropriate for their goals and lifestyle.

What is Sports Performance Training?
Sports performance training is Coaching of the body and mind to get the athlete ready for the ordeal of a Action sport.

It differs from personal training in that the athlete is conditioned and prepared properly to compete in their sport of choice, rather than general fitness.


We create a customised sport-specific programs designed for each athlete’s needs, that ensures they receive personal training that is appropriate for their age, ability and goals. We are committed to offering our athletes a competitive advantage, using only the most innovative, effective and ethical training strategies and Tools.
