Online or Remote Training

 

I was asked to provide remote online training and I had declined because the timing was not right. I wanted to test out a few more things and make sure I am better at fitness programming.

I did not feel the timing was right to do. If I was going to deliver this service, I want to make sure that I give my best to my online students and that they get the same kind of awesome results my face-to-face clients are getting.


So  now... I am ready to take on only 5 serious students who are serious about working towards their health & fitness goals be it fat loss or strength gain.

Due to unprecedented demand, I am finally offering my premium online Remote coaching for the most serious applicants.


    •    Lives too far or move away
    •    Simply do not have time to make it to the gym and need to train at home to save time
    •    Could not afford the ongoing fee of training with me in person.
    •    My busy schedule simply do not allow me to fit in that person.

THE EDGE Strength and Conditioning is now providing online coaching, programming for individuals looking to build strength and change their body composition.

 

We wanted to provide another solution for those who live too far from our gym but still would like to receive coaching by THE EDGE Strength and Conditioning

  • How do I add a new question?
    To add a new question go to app settings and press "Manage Questions" button.
  • Can I insert pictures in my FAQ?
    Yes! To add a picture follow these simple steps: Enter App Settings Click the "Manage Questions" button Click on the question you would like to attach a picture to When editing your answer, click on the picture icon and then add an image from your library
  • Can I insert a video in my FAQ?
    Yes! Users can add video from YouTube or Vimeo with ease: Enter App Settings Click the "Manage Questions" button Click on the question you would like to attach a video to When editing your answer, click on the video icon and then paste the YouTube or Vimeo video URL That's it! A thumbnail of your video will appear in answer text box
  • How do I edit or remove the "FAQ title"?"
    The FAQ title can be adjusted in the settings tab of the App Settings. You can also remove the title by unchecking its checkbox in the settings tab.
